How we work
We are in regular contact with competent professionals such as you that are looking for a new job. It does unfortunately occur sometimes, that your ideal job is not available at the same time as you are. e-people will inform its relations off all professionals that have recently been in contact via the website, email, text message or RSS-feed. The employers will not see your entire resume at once.
e-people will only provide your:
- first name
- town of residence
- years of work experience
- last position
- highest level of education
- salary expectations
- maximum commuter distance
- ambitions. You can define your ambitions in max.150 words in a dedicated text block.
When an employer wants to know more about our candidate
We will contact you as soon as an employer shows interest. Only with your consent will e-people forward your CV to the employer. This service only applies to professionals who have recently had a conversation with one of our consultants. If you are currently engaged in talks with one of our relations, and therefore might have a new job soon, we can’t introduce you to other relations.
