You can also register other candidates when you register as a Talent Scout for e-people. Did you help a candidate in getting a job? As an e-people scout you will receive 10% of the invoice amount as a reward! A large number of positions have been filled by professionals that were registered by our Talent Scouts.
How do you apply to become a Talent Scout?
This is what you need to know if you want to be a Talent Scout for us:
- You will be scouting for talent in a specific line of work, such as Java, .Net and Oracle eBS. Or you may be familiar with a certain job requirement, such as information analysis or project management or with specific industries such as financial services or e-commerce.
- Talent Scouts usually work on a freelance basis.
- You meet many talented people and would like to earn some extra money by bringing in job seekers to e-people and registering them as candidates with e-people.
- Talent Scouts will have to enter into a contract with e-people and comply with clear agreements regarding recruiting and enrolling candidates.
